2020 is almost looking like a lost year for most people. Hardly had the year started with fireworks and New Year resolutions that we were rudely interrupted by the unwanted trespasser – Covid-19. We all thought it would go away very quickly (the Trump miracle) but it never happened.

Here we are, it’s almost September and still no vaccine, no cure, second wave and yet no Joy.

Wait a minute, Lady Macbeth said in the Shakespearean play, “Things without all remedy should be without regard”. Things are tough now, but will not get worse. Massive layoffs, salary slashes and delayed payments. We should now be guided by the lyrics of Ray Stevens’s song – Makin’ the best of a bad situation.
