No doubt everyone went through it in 2022.

But it’s Christmas, and like Andy Williams said it’s the most wonderful time of the year.

The polar-white snow is glistening on tarred roads as they fall from the sky, Christmas ornaments are dangling and dazzling while tree lights are a-flicker all around us. Even the birds are chirping new melodies as the air freshens with the Christmas feeling.

Let’s not allow the bad of the year filter into the Christmas holiday celebrations.

Instead, choose to reverberate with joy and happiness. A good starting point is to allow the joy of Christmas pour into your oven of buttery honey-glazed chicken. Let it a-shine through the special gifts you give, and flow through the warmth of your hug and radiant smile.

If you need to feel more “Christmassy”, go out! We have some event line-ups for you. Not interested in partying? There are movies and series for your couch-worthy Netflix and chill. All we are saying is, the year threw painful jabs but you deserve even the tiniest bit of relaxation and de-stressing you can get before facing the New Year.
